JiayouChina (jiayouchina.com) decides why and how these details are used. You can reach us at hello@jiayouchina.com.

Only what you type into the form: your name, nationality, how to contact you (WhatsApp number, Telegram username or phone number, or email address), what and when you want to study, your HSK level, the universities you mention and your message. We also record the page you came from, the site language, when you sent the form and that you ticked the consent box.

The study plan form takes your email address and your answers to the plan questions.

Visits to this site are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. One cookie remembers the language you chose. Your saved universities and study plan answers stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.

To contact you about studying in China and to help with the applications you ask us for. We don't sell your details, don't add you to mailing lists and don't use them for advertising. We send your details to a university only after you have agreed to that application.

The website does not store the form. Cloudflare, which runs this website, passes it to our team's mailbox as an email. Our mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail). Their servers may be outside your country, for example in the United States.

We delete your details 12 months after our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@jiayouchina.com. Withdrawing consent stops any further use; it does not undo what was done before. We reply within 10 working days.

Russian law requires personal data of Russian citizens collected online to be recorded in databases in Russia first. We can't do that, so the form does not accept requests from Russian citizens. You can write to us by email instead.

If we change this notice, we change the date at the top. We will ask for your consent again before using your details for a new purpose.
